Getting Started With Your Rental Device

Follow These Steps to Set Up and Familiarize Yourself with the Device.

1. Setting Up Your Headset & Wi-Fi:

Turn on the headset by holding the power button.

Adjust the straps for a snug fit, ensuring clear visibility inside the headset.

Connect to Wi-Fi by pressing the home button on the controller, navigating to Wi-Fi settings, selecting your network, and entering your password.

2. Taking Your Test: Easy & Guided:

Once your headset is set up, press the trigger button on the controller to begin testing.

You will be guided by Annie, your virtual assistant, who will provide step-by-step instructions to ensure accurate results.

Follow Annie’s prompts to focus, respond to visual cues, and complete the test from the comfort of your home.

3. Taking & Managing Your Measurements:

Your tests are preloaded at the start of your rental period, allowing you to take them at your convenience.

Press the trigger button to start a test.

Keep the headset charged—turn it off and plug it in when not in use.

When ready for your next test, unplug the headset, turn it back on, and start with the trigger button.

Rental Information

Device Handling & Best Practices

  • Keep the headset away from direct sunlight, as it may damage the screen.
  • Avoid liquids near the device.
  • Store the headset in its carrying case when not in use.
  • Do not stand up while wearing the headset to prevent accidents.
  • If the display is blurry, adjust the headset’s position for a clearer view.

Returning the Device

  • Please ship the device back within 1 business day to avoid late fees.
  • Use the same box and the prepaid USPS return label included in your package.
  • Drop off the package at any USPS store.
